Welcome to our new addition it is a 3-bedroom/ 2-bathroom villa is situated on a quiet residential estate called Indian Point, yet within easy reach of all the attractions.



The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The lounge area has 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa bed, cable television, DVD, with a selection of movies.

In typical Florida style it is open plan to both the dining area and fully fitted kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, large cooker, and waste disposal unit.
All necessary crockery and cooking utensils are provided.

A telephone/ answering machine is installed in the kitchen all calls being FREE of charge including International calls.

Wi-Fi internet is also provided free of charge.

The villa is fully licensed and meets all safety regulations.
