Booking
Signing the booking form confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and shall be binding on all guests intending to occupy the premises, whether or not they have signed the form. The booking will be confirmed as soon as dates agreed and the booking form returned along with the required deposit.

Reservation Deposit and Payment Terms.
A non refundable reservation deposit of £100/$150 is required per week booked, and should accompany the signed booking form. The balance of payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure date. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require payment in full at time of booking.

Security Deposit.
We reserve the right to request a security deposit of £150/ $250 prior to arrival. If a security deposit is not requested we reserve the right to ask for any costs should any damage occur to the property or its contents.

Cancellations.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance remains unpaid within 8 weeks of departure; in this event the deposit is non refundable and any refunds will be at the owners discretion. For late cancellations made after full payment has been sent, we strongly recommend Travel Insurance and will work closely with you to recover payments through your insurance.

Liability.
We accept no liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident or loss
[including personal belongings] occurring in the villa or the swimming pool. GUESTS ARE SPECIFICALLY ADVISED AND REQUESTED NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN TO USE THE SWIMMING POOL OR TO ENTER THE POOL AREA UNATTENDED.

Force Majeure.
We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever, and no compensation will be made in the event of loss or delay caused by terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical failures howsoever caused, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or any event beyond our control.

Insurance.
The villa, surrounds and contents are fully insured for short or long term rental. It is however, in our view essential for all guests to be fully insured before travel.

Availability.
The villa will be available from 4pm on arrival date and should be vacated from 10am on date of departure unless previously agreed by us.

Complaints.
We should be very concerned should you have cause for complaint. If this should occur please in the first instance telephone our Management Company, who are available 24 hours. Should your complaint not be dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner then phone, fax or e-mail us with the complaint and we will Endeavour to sort it as soon as possible.
